Youth Respite employees supervise and assist special needs individuals ages 5-21 during daytime and overnight events. Counselors facilitate social interactions, guide participants through event activities, may assist with daily care needs, and are responsible for the safety and well being of the participants.

Adult Recreation employees supervise adults at least 18 years of age during community outings and social events. Adult Recreation Programs focus on the facilitation of life skills and pro-social behavior. Staff members guide participants through event activities and model social and daily living skills. We are currently accepting applications for the positions of Director, Assistant Director, and Program Staff.

Dance Club employees supervise a group of approximately 100 to 150 semi-independent to independent special needs adults during monthly dances. Responsibilities include implementation of check-in/check-out procedures, facilitation of participant involvement during the dances, and overall supervision of participants throughout the scheduled events.
