Participant levels are set according to level of independence, behavioral needs, and the amount of personal care required for each individual.

Experience working with special needs individuals is beneficial, though not a contingency of employment. Agency positions offer great experience for those interested in teaching, special education, human/social survices, communication disorders, physical/occupational therapy, and a wide variety of other fields.
